Shipping and Delivery
Wallpaper normally ships 1-2 business day(s) after you place your order. Allow 2-5 additional business days for UPS to deliver your order to you. Be sure to wait until your entire order arrives to schedule your products to be installed.
If you'd like your wallpaper order to be shipped UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air, we can do so at an extra charge.
For orders outside the Continental U.S.
We cannot process website orders for destinations outside of the Continental U.S. If you live outside of the continental U.S. (for instance Alaska, Hawaii, or an international location) please contact us by telephone, fax, or email and we will take your order, and determine the best shipping method for your location. Return Policies
When you receive your order, make sure that you open and thoroughly inspect it for any manufacturing defects, shipping damage, and that you received the correct pattern(s). Do not cut rolls of wallpaper or spools of border until after you have inspected your order. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Please see below for detailed return information.
Wallpaper Overage
If you've purchased too much wallpaper, you can return the excess – if it is an uncut double roll of wallpaper or an uncut spool of border and is in its original packaging. It must be returned within 30 days of receipt and is also subject to a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for the return shipping. We cannot accept returns on rolls of wallpaper or spools of border that have been cut. Overage on fabric orders is not returnable.
Damaged or Defective Wallpaper
Our wallpaper is first quality. If, for any reason, you receive wallpaper, border, or fabric that is either damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace your order immediately. Of course, there is no restocking fee for returns of wallpaper that are damaged, defective, or orders that shipped incorrectly. Please inspect your order carefully. Damage, defects, and/or incorrect orders should be reported before the product has been cut. Seabrook will not reimburse for any labor if damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are installed. In order to return a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you will need to call our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (R.A. #). We will not be able to issue full credit for returned packages that do not have a R.A. #.

Back Orders and Discontinued Wallpaper
If you are ordering coordinating wallpapers and borders, you should wait to make arrangements with your wallpaper hanger until you have received your entire order. You should also wait to begin hanging your wallpaper until the entire order has been received. In rare instances, a pattern may be put on back order or discontinued by the manufacturer. As soon as we get this information from the manufacturer you will be notified (by email) of the projected shipping date or that the pattern has been discontinued.
